Tottenham Hotspur(currently 8th in the table 7points behind Chelsea) have been the most hit team in terms of injury. Tottenham lost Harry Kane(hamstring), Son Heung Min(fracture to his right arm), Moussa Sissoko(Knee Injury) and Steven Bergwijn(sprained ankle). The wide list has made Mourinho short in options for the striking position with both Kane and Son out and Tanguy Ndombele's poor form in midfield has left spurs missing the services of the versatile french man Moussa Sissoko. Tottenham will be boosted with this break as all the players who were on the treatment table are expected to be fit when the premier league resumes and a push for the champions league will look achievable.

Arsenal had no major injuries apart from Sead Kolasinac and Tierney both defenders recovering from shoulder injuries. Mikel Arteta's side is ninth in the table eight points behind the fourth position will hope they can the many draws to wins. If Arsenal can turn the draws to wins then a late push for champions league football at Emirates next season seems a possibility too.
